If you know what’s good for you please do not ever insure with Falcon Insurance. They’re a complete joke. It’s been a month and I have talked to my adjuster ONCE. When you call their main office no one can give you answers or they just lie and tell you random stuff. This whole process is so frustrating and I still don’t have a car or any answers
