Bottom line, there is a fine line between salesmanship and dishonesty. Dance on the line, maybe, but don't cross it or you lose credibility.
First, this is not Foremost insurance and it's really deceptive advertising, alike the sales techniques. If a company chooses not to tell you who they are up front, other pertinent facts will likely follow suit as it did in my experience.
Although the quote was good, I found a better one through Coverhound Insurance Group who analyzes 13 different companies, not just three and got a significantly better rate.
If you are searching for insurance, I stronly advise not getting it with this company.
Foremost Insurance does not offer good customer service. This is one company I will enjoy seeing fail, close or get absorbed by another insurance company.

Change your policies so that you have a person to speak with, 24 hours a day. For those individuals you have working for you currently, please train them to be people oriented. Right now you have international robots.
The salesperson I spoke with today, Bob De La Rosa used every type of tactic to divert my questions and concerns throughout the conversation and honestly he outright lied a few times as well as assumptively closed on a few add-ons which I didn't appreciate but I'm familiar and forgiving, to a point, this point was crossed to where I wanted to hang up on him. He flat out refused to review with me the documentation I would need for my policy even when I continued to express these things might be difficult to obtain so continued to press forward numerous times and even requested my routing number in promise that it was possible the documentation request for Progressive might change once my bank information was entered. All of my concerns were treated that way. He didn't care about informing me, he did everything he could in order to close the sale, and that's underspoken.
