I recently moved to Austin and transferred my State Farm policy to Jim Saxton III. I've had a great experience working with this team in the short period of time I've been here. The team was very responsive to my requests and Jenny, in particular, made this transition smooth and effortless for me. Additionally, they kept providing me with savings in my home and auto policies that my previous agent failed to provide, with consistent follow through and follow ups. We even ended up having an internal joke between us that it was Christmas all over again in March of 2014. I highly recommend this agent for your insurance needs.
I recently fledged the nest and got off my mom's car insurance (also State Farm) when I moved to Austin. I shopped around a few places, and my conversations with Agent OJ Vallejo were so helpful-- he explained what each type of insurance was for, how much it covered, what discounts I could get; nothing like the rushed and pressured interactions with other companies. We spent some time figuring out my needs, car and renter's, and the best way to separate from my mom's plan. Turns out in addition to great customer service, I got a great deal! Mr. Vallejo was able to include me as a customer of 5+ years, thanks to my mom's loyalty as a customer, so now I get all the same discounts that she does. There was also some remaining credit on her account for my car, so I have even further reduced rates for the first few months. Any time there is a change, Mr. Vallejo contacts me with updates and always responds same-day when I send a question his way. I am very pleased with this agency so far.

I chose State Farm because after my fiancé's bike was stolen, they took care of everything immediately and made the whole process really easy. Now we are both with State Farm and I know we are in good hands! Jim and his team, specifically O.J., who has helped me tremendously with my car insurance plan, have all been incredibly nice and knowledgeable. O.J. walked me through probably 20 different car insurance plan options so I feel confident that I chose the right fit for me, rather than them choosing what they thought I should go for. You may save a couple bucks going with another company, but you won't get the same level of attention and care than with State Farm. Thanks guys!
