Con man. Emery Mitchamore III cashed a check in January 2015 for a business policy and then failed to pay the Underwriter. Two months later we get a non-payment policy cancellation notice and Emery is nowhere to be found. He does not answer his phone, emails or ever bother showing up at his business address. In a competitive field like Insurance, there are many alternatives, so avoid this guy!
