Do not do business with Cory Brown, the Brown Insurance Group and Nationwide. They have been overcharging premiums for over a year and refuse to refund my money. After totaling my RV, they continued to charge me premiums for well over a year. I have spent months trying to work with Cory Brown to get this resolved and have nothing but lost time to show for my effort. He continually acknowledges their debt to me, but blames the ineptitude of his staff and bureaucracy at Nationwide for why I have not received my long overdue refund. At one point when I tried to follow up with him, he made a delayed response and responded by trying to sell me product instead of resolve the issue on my existing policy. He has been making money off of me and my family for years and had the nerve to tell me that he was acting "out of the goodness of his heart" when unsuccessfully attempting to refund my money. These people cannot be trusted with your financial affairs.
Cory helped us with some great financial products as well as our home and auto insurance. We refer him to all of our friends and family because he is an honest guy and took the time to explain all of our options in detail. He really cared about what was best for us and not just selling us some product. Knowing that you have someone who's on your side gives you peace of mind. I wouldn't go to any other agent even if they had cheaper rates (which I highly doubt!). Great Experience overall and he saved us over $600 on our homeowners policy. Trustworthy guy! Give him a call.
