They are taking forever to complete my case. I call and never can talk to my lawyer, the assistant never returns my call. All I would like is to get updates every now and again. But I am sure when they get there cash they will be calling me. I am very unhappy with the customer service.
The case worker for my husbands case never returns calls. I've been calling him for the past 2 weeks. It would be nice to know what's going on. It's very annoying. Especially my husband's lawyer. Today is the 2nd message I left him and still hasn't called me back the last message. Which was a long time ago, since I can't remember now. Funny part is that when I'm waiting to get transferred the message form Wayne wright says we return your calls promptly. SMH, definitely not recommending this place.

So, if you don't really care how long it takes to get your case complete and don't really care about getting updates...

The whole process was lengthy. I anticipated this due to the nature of the incident. Even though my case took 17 months to settle (due to many factors), The attorneys and staff at Wayne Wright kept me in the loop the entire time, communicated very well and handled absolutely everything on my behalf. They were also extremely friendly and professional. All I had to do was focus on getting better after my accident. Great job, thank you all very much for taking such great care of me!

I am very satisfied with the out come of my case. The insurance company they were going after was the lowest of low when it comes to insurance companies. And Wayne Wright took care of business. Reason my rating is shy of five stars. Is I wish there was more communication between me and the paralegal and that she could have been empathetic to the situation. Other than that overall great experience.
