From the moment I walked in the guy behind the counter growled on the phone and to his co-worker that was milling about. He answered the phone, "what do you want now?!" at one point. Complained to me about the rain coming off the building onto his truck that was parked in the spot closest to the customer door. I will NEVER return to this place. I have never felt so awkwardly agressed. Even though my go-to scotch is $7 cheaper, I'd rather pay the 7 and have a pleasant experience. Avoid.
Excellent selection! Prices are a bit high for some things like whisky, but the selection makes it worthwhile
As soon as walked in the store somebody ordered this old guy to follow me if I was a criminal. So I picked a bottle of wine that was priced at $7.99 so when I went to the cashier to pay for it there was a lady in front of me and I waited and waited, and for a while there was nobody helping anybody at the cashier line. There was a guy who had to tell the cashier several times to take care of the lady. When they finally took care of her it has been quite a few time has passed. When they finally got to me the bottle of wine I thought was $7.99 was actually $16.99. The guy explained to me that bottles get put into the wrong place all of the time. I then did not want that bottle and got another one. the guy did offer a 10% discount by I was so pissed off that I said no. I am never going back there again, terrible service.
Any time I've ever need anything for a dinner party, this is my go to place. They always have the best selection and the friendliest staff!
Excellent service with a great selection. I always find things there I can't find at other places. Also they have great prices. This is my go to store in the ATX.
