I had to call 5 time to find the route to speak with someone and then find out that I Can’t even reach a rep about my question.
I just trying to get my drivers license.
4 Times visiting there each time there’s a new requirement that is not told to me the previous time, nor is it stated on the website. Dude straight up lied to my face telling me it wasn’t him I dealt with the last time. Brought what he told me to bring, tells me it won’t work. If I was this bad at my job I’d be fired.

Tried this 15 times. Checked online, no information about if audit number is wrong. Unable to get drivers record, unable to fulfill court ordered items.
