They don’t even know what documents are required for getting a visa and what are the time frames for each country! I have been traveling internationally for over 40 years and never had a experience this horrible with any organization unrill now with this company!
I used The Passport & Visa Company in Austin late last year when I needed an expedited visa for China travel for work. They were great, and worked wonders to make things happen fast. I got my visa in time and everything was perfect. They even got me a multi-visit visa, which later came in EXTREMELY handy (though I had not realized it would). Pauline was great to work with, and I can strongly recommend the company.

The most unprofessional and irresponsible company that I’ve dealt with in a very long time! Long long holds on the phone! Careless about your needs all they(pauline) keep saying is they have good reviews and they are 5 star which is impossible unless they’ve had their own family and friends leave fake reviews to make the company look better!

This is the third time that I have used their services. Most recently due to my travel schedule I had to coordinate a passport renewal and obtain a visa for travel to Russia on fairly short notice so I knew that I had to have professionals handle it since proper timing was going to be very important. Pauline was very helpful and carefully explained each aspect of the process to me. Everything was done on time and very professionally. I would like to thank them for a job well done.
