They didn't treat me like a person. Feel like I was just another pease of paper on there desk. How can you get the help you need if the people around don't even care about you. But the security were nice and helpful. Though the other employees not helpful

In my humble opinion I do not think that Judge Raul Gonzalez is a very attentive judge. He seemed to be looking at his computer the entire time during the trial that I attended. Likewise he asked the plaintiff to present their case (like a lawyer) in question & answer format, but allowed the defendant to present his case in narrative form. He overruled the plaintiff's objections to this. This approach seemed to give the defendant an unfair advantage in persuading the jury of his side. This is just one example of how the judge did not rule how a typical higher level judge would rule. Even though Judge Gonzalez presides in a small claims court I would expect him to abide by standard procedures of law.
