My key had a business name, an address and a phone number on it. Apparently shoving said key in my face and telling me "See that? That means only they can copy this key" Was necessary. Also everyone in the store laughed at me. So PSA if your key has similar information on it don't go to these guys. Save yourself the embarrassment.

Ray was the technician. He provided outstanding lock smith service. We called Cothron's and received prompt, professional, friendly and caring service from the Office Scheduler and from Ray . We were locked inside our home because the lock and handle on our front door were jammed tight and would not budge. The Screen Door was also locked shut. Therefore, we were unable to exit the home from the front inside or outside. Ray was very knowledgeable, professional and kind when explaining the cause of the problem and the repair that would be needed to get the repair successfully completed.
