Jesse Huling was called for me when i called a locksmith last night around 10 pm . My garage door opener malfunctioned and I had stupidly not made myself prepared for that by having a door key. Though he came from North Austin to my Southwest Austin home he got there amazingly fast. He was also a very nice , opened my front door lock fast, and was just pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful the entire short time he was there. He got there fast and gave us the red carpet treatment from beginning to end. Quite a guy..... .and locksmith!
You can set ur watch by this guy, he said it will Take him 15 min to get to my house and he was there on the minute, Dagan did a great job he work fast and clean
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is a very disgusting and dishonest company. My husband just used their service this afternoon for our new house. They gave you $45 for rekey per lock. It sounds reasonable over the phone. The locksmith is called Dagan. After he arrived at our house and finished the first lock, he claimed that he found out that our locks were some advanced ones, and he needs to charge $20 more each. He also charged some other fees. The house is our first house, so my husband had no experience with rekey. Although my husband was very UNSATISFIED with the service and the price, he seemed to have no choice at this moment because Dagan started the rekey work first and then over charged. IT COST OVER $400 FOR US TO REKEY. All of my friends were shocked by this price after my husband told them the price. WE WILL REPORT TO Better Business Bureau (BBB) later. Friends in Austin, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Dagan was incredibly helpful, I was locked out of my car and he was able to sort the situation out very quickly. Great price. Great service. Highly recommend.
