Best customer service you can ask for when it comes to mailing packages. Rick is always super helpful and personable. There is no place else I'd go to in Austin when it comes to postal needs. I promise he won't disappoint and pricing is very reasonable.

Been a customer of Rick and Denise for years and sooooo happy! They keep mail AND packages secure inside and will even text when you get a package in! I went to them after my apt complex repeatedly lost packages and mail had been stolen. Best money I ever spent renting a box here. They also do key copies, notary, copies, packaging, etc. I don't know what I'd do without them, they are wonderful.
The customer service Rick provides is why I've been a customer for so long. The box rental fee is a great bargain too!
