Card reader didn't work. When we called customer service the attendant began to explain certain cards such as Wells Fargo didn't work. Her attitude was terrible. May want to consider upgrading your staff.
Shuttle service is very fast
Large covered parking spots; purchased a car wash on my first visit, they did a better job than every car wash I've been to in Austin.
Dropped keys in shuttle, they found them and locked them up and informed me upon my return. Absolutely recommend them!
Covered parking with larger spaces to accommodate trucks and SUV drivers.
