Scott and Matt have been fantastic with my order, both times. I order to Canada, and had to have some help with the engraved tags. They kept me up to day and made sure that I was able to actually order them in. These guys are friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. I would order again and again from them. Being able to ask questions to a business owner and workers, who also care for dogs and are passionate about them - you really can't miss. Everything is superb quality, and a very well thought out inventory.
The Dog Outdoors is a great company that I will order from again and again. There was some confusion with my purchase and Scott made sure to compensate for the mistake, sent me my package as soon as I notified him and I received my pup's bowls a day later. Awesome customer service and awesome products! You can't go wrong with them.

Purchased a dog bike leash for Nakita the husky princess and she gives it 5+++ stars. Purchase process was easy. Great video. Love the personal product reviews Scott does. Small business with personal touches on the internet. Will definitely be making more purchases for Nakita.

Great service and great products. The 1-Running Dog bike leash I bought was available for the same price elsewhere, but no one else had the kind of information assembled to help me make my choice. (My dog loves the bike leash, by the way, and it works beautifully on my recumbent bike.) Plus, I always like to support small businesses when I can, and The Dog Outdoors is a good example of a small business that out-performs the big ones.
