I wish there is Zero star option on Yelp. This Pharmacy does not deserve 1/2 star, much less 1 star. They don' t follow through to get the prescription approved. I have to call them to check on the status. Then one staff said it is approved and it will deliver on next day. I called the next morning to make sure. They assure me. I waited all day no one come. They are always great when I'm picking up meds never have any problems ever in five yrs love this place
I called again now another staff "Aundrea" tell me different story. She now tell me it did not get approved until 3:00pm the previous day so now I have to wait 2 more days to get my medicine deliver so which version is right. They are incompetent.
Audrea is sarcastic, unprofessional person. She talked down to me like I don' t understand English. She does not know the conversation I have with the staff. She automaticlly assume it is my misunderstanding. I put up with this every month to get a refiil . No more, go to People

I've always had great experiences here with customer service and related products to buy while you're there filling prescriptions. It's more like the health and wellness section of an alternative grocery store than it is like a typical pharmacy. Plus, there's an in-house coffee shop with munchies to grab.
Pharmacy for better service.
Dr. Franklin head of medician is my primary physician, he was patient to my needs and concerns when I 1st visited this medical center. The facility and all it has to offer has grown tremendously. I can do just about all I need to have done on this site. Time saver to say the least. Emergency visits so convenient, along with pharmacy and java house while waiting. But I need to mention 2 other Dr.'s Sharon Shepard, and Jim Howard. Both R great. The on-site Chiropractic Care is nice and convenient.
This pharmacy did not care and made excuses until I said something. I rearranged my day to show up in time for the pharmacy to open and I sat outside buzzing the door to drive through while a pharmacist walks outside looks at me and takes a break already at 7 am then once I have had enough of sitting and waiting because now I'm going to be super late to work I go inside to the most unprofessional eye roller who obviously does not like the mornings and her job. I informed her while checking out that I was outside waiting in the drive through while people saw me but did not assist me. She then replied well it's early in the morning and we need time to open. In which I replied then don't say your open at 7. She just couldn't care less and I went on to tell the employee who saw me that it would of been nice for him to let someone know I was waiting outside. An apology from him and eye rolls from this place which is why I will be taking my service else where. The sad thing is my doctor is amazing and I did a heart health screening with lots of lab work to just check and make sure I'm healthy and my insurance has paid along with me every bit of this about 20,000 dollars then to be treated like they could care less is just very bad customer service. I will not be taking my child here or referring anyone.
