AIRROSTI was awesome. Best physical therapy practice around I've already recommended friends and colleagues. I'm looking forward to a full recovery from a hamstring injury... looking forward to feeling like my old self. Do yourself a favor and visit them.
Dr. Rios is awesome. I had an injury from overuse while working out and competing in events. Dr. Rios quickly identified a course of action, easily explained what was happening and showed me which muscles were involved, then outlined a course of action for our appointments and my homework. She had me back to normal after 3 appointments. I was amazed as I had done "normal" physical therapy previously which took 6 or more visits. Highly recommend her.
I have had a tailbone pain on and off for over 2 years and thought I had done everything to help it go away or from returning (special seats, ice packs, etc) but it got so bad I was hurting in my sleep. I went to see Dr.Rios and over the course of 2 days she helped alleviate the pain, diagnosed why I was having it in the first place (prevention), and showed me what I could do to continue to alleviate it. Turns out it wasn't my tailbone...just weak and strained ligaments/ muscles.
Great experience! Both Aarons did a great job assessing my knee injury and explaining my care plan. I appreciate this type of treatment plan as opposed to meds/surgery/etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone with pain or injury.
Every session went smoothly! Love that they go into supper detail on how everything works. Able to fix things up in three visits, but still have some home therapy to keep up. Over all very impressed and very happy with my results.
