If I could rate this place negative stars, I would. My husband went here for almost two months in an attempt to recover from an injury to his sciatic nerve. Not only did it not help him, it made him MUCH worse! By the time we were done here he could barely walk. Furthermore, the charges they tack onto the bill are completely unethical. Our bill will be over 900 dollars. It is easy to spend that much when hot and cold packs are billed at 43 dollars each. That brings each visit to several hundreds of dollars while they only lasted 15 minutes or so. The employees were not helpful or friendly. I am ashamed to have compromised my husbands recovery just because they were so conveniently located.
This is my second time with these therapists, and on both occasions they did excellent work. A few years ago, I was rear ended, and developed a painful back. The therapy made me whole again.
I am now in therapy following a reverse shoulder replacement, and my therapist has brought me a great distance in m recovery and my arm is constantly on the improvement. I am nearly completely recovered. Excellent work, Ms. Toussant.
