This has happened to me two times and it is annoying. When I get to the clinic, I am told that I had been called yesterday and that they left a message .i check my iPhone and do not see a call or a voice mail. I don't have a problem getting my calls. Otherwise, I do like Concentra employees and all staff. I can rate them high. But this is very disturbing to me.
Well mark urban is,awsome, although I still have swelling and still in pain. May have to go to my pcp , I have requested a mri, but none yet. Something is not right with my finger.
You may wait for a bit to see the person to see to get a drug screen or a physical ect, but everyone there is really nice and professional at Concentra ..
Was treated like i wasnt wanted, i was greeted by being told it was a 2 and a half hour wait. I was seen in 45 minutes. When I left i had ro wait for the attendant to finish what appeared to be a personal phone call. I also asked to make sure my prescription was called in. When i got to my pharmacy no presceiprion was found. I called back ro Concentra, and was told it would be taken care of. Guess what, never got that prescrition. Kinda defeats the purpose of coming in and spending money.
Wait time was a bit long but understandable . The lobby was competely full when i had areived. Friendly staff and clean facility
