Austin Shoe Hospital is my go to place when I need help with my shoes. The customer service is outstanding and they always have a smile on their face. The location is so convenient to my work and their hours make it easy to drop off and pick up. It's hard to find a place with the quality and customer service that you find at the Austin Shoe Hospital.
I love this place. I live very close and so that's a definite plus. But mostly it's the service that keeps me coming back. The gentleman who works there is calm, receptive of my needs and desires and communicates well. Services take only a few days however, I usually drop off my item and pick it up the following week. One time I had a leather bracelet that needed to snaps replaced and they were even able to help me with that and I got them to clean it up also. Prices are reasonable especially for the quality service you receive. Thank you Austin Shoe Hospital. I will be coming back to you each time. No need to search for another place.
Jason is a master craftsman. He brought my favorite shoes back from gnarly and made them look and feel better than brand new. I couldn't be happier. I will probably get another 7-10 years out of them. Recommend to anyone who needs expert shoe renovation. The investment was well worth it!
The Austin Shoe Hospital provides quick turn around treatment of your shoes with expert, quality care. I brought in my beloved cowboy boots for a new heel cap and conditioning. They were ready just a few days later and look like new boots. The "hospital" also sells lots of shoe care products. It was also very clean. I will be returning with more shoes in the future.
I had ordered a pair of Old Gringo suede boots and couldn't get my foot past the neck. I brought them here to be stretched, since the shoe size was right and I didn't want to ruin the boots trying it myself. They were fast, the boots were stretched just the right amount at the right spot, and the price was very reasonable. They were done by the estimated date given. The staff was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this location and willl come back again!
