They are the best. One on one personal service. They stock more than you would imagine and can get anything in a day or two. Plus, when they work on my bike, it is always right the first time.
I was run over two years ago and had to have an insurance company payout for a new bike and had no clue how to even begin. My Aunt who is also a customer recommended them to me. They got with the insurance and helped me to get a new bike and back on the road. I really appreciate the help I received from them and wish I didn't have to move to another city.
Great little shop with plenty to offer. I got a great bike there and the owner is always available to help with repairs, upgrades and accessories

My 14-year-old son's Mongoose bike he uses to ride to school had the rear inner tube come out. My husband took the bike over to the shop and the guy at the counter was extremely rude to him. He basically told him, "We don't fix department store bikes". He didn't even stop what he was doing to address him with eye contact. He wouldn't hear any further what my husband was trying to ask him. I'm sorry we didn't buy him a $2000 bicycle. But I feel he could've at least fixed it for a child. This is the last time I will ever do business with this shop and I'll be sure to let everyone know to do the same.
