This place had some incredible art, as well as a nice view at the top. Note that the hike to the top is a fairly steep one, and I'd wear shoes with some tread if you'd like to walk up.
As far as parking is concerned, I would recommend finding somewhere further away and walking down. Finding a spot nearby isn't likely and do expect it to be crowded with lots of families, teens, and young children running around spraying paint everywhere - don't wear your Sunday best.
The HOPE Outdoor Gallery is a wonderful cause for local artists. I thoroughly enjoy my visits here each and every time. I make it out every other week at least, and it's always a new experience. The only time I steer clear of it is during particularly touristy times / height of the summer because the higher foot traffic results in the murals getting more tagged over than usual. Besides that, the community has a general consensus to tag alongside artists work rather than over their pieces - Respect the artwork and it will remain a beautiful and ever-changing canvas :)
Super cool place! Family had an awesome time here. This was a quick stop while passing through. Lots of graffiti art. Recommend bringing some spray cans if you are wanting to actually write something. Only thing I'd have to gripe about is that people are spray painting randomly over actual painted murals done by artists.
Very relaxing and low key place. Great place to walk and hike a little. Really good art and it keep changing. So the graffiti you see today may not be there tomorrow. You can park along the road but you may have to wait a little.
Getting to watch some of the artists in the act of painting was pretty cool, but you can never predict who will be there or what you might see - worth a visit!
Constantly changing graffiti/ murals. Always nearly impossible to park. Always busy in the early evening. Go in the morning for best light and less crowd....though the crowd can be part of the fun.. NOT accessible for the mobility challenged. Fresh paint around. Careful. Quirky former building site with a few cement walls still intact
