A great place to live however pretty lacking when it comes to resolving urgent maintenance issues (for example the electricity for 2 buildings has been out for the last 12 hours and an electrician has yet to come out to resolve the issue.)
I've had a great experience living at Mint Urban Establishment - now Establishment. It was the best thing that I could find for the price. The grounds are cute, the office is helpful, and maintenance is always quick to respond. Shout out to Juan from maintenance, who brought me a window unit at 10pm when my A/C went out. The only problems I've ever had is the office not being open long enough and being closed during lunch, so it's tough to get my mail. I'm hoping they will get one of the newer locker systems that allows residents to pick up packages after hours.
Maintenance is extremely responsive! Mr. Barrera has been exceptionally helpful and was very professional. Two thumbs up to him and his team.
The staff is excellent!! Apartments are nice and spacious! Very easy and polite to deal with! Would recommend checking these out first if your moving to the area. I've lived in several apartments and these blow others away!!! A++++++++++++. You can also walk to just about anywhere in the downtown area.
I just moved in, but so far I'm really happy with the apartment and the service. Everything was completely renovated when I moved in, even the toilet was new! The staff here is also really great and helpful. I only had a few days to find a place, and they were so helpful and accommodating to me. They really did everything possible to make my move as easy as possible and they are really nice women!
Update: as of 1:30 pm the electricity issue has been resolved making it at least 14 hours without electricity. The office staff has been more than polite throughout the experience however if there are over 30 units without electricity (even if it is an electrical issue involving the city) the complex should have something in place in regard to ensuring that the issue is resolved promptly and without the residents having to reach out to the city on the complex's behalf.
