I have been using P&Z since they first opened. I had been pretty satisfied with their service but will agree with a previous reviewer that their technology platform for scanning their card is a train wreck. I recently started using their Valet service which was great until last night. I called ahead to let them know I would be flying back in sooner than expected so they could have my vehicle ready. After getting in about 11:30 p.m. I gave the driver my information which he relayed to someone in the office. That individual, whom I had spoken with previously, proceeded to argue with the driver that I didn't have the correct information. There was a back and forth conversation with the driver, me and this other individual for several minutes. Unfortunately, this all played out in front of about 10 weary travelers who just wanted to get home as did I. Everything got sorted out eventually and I was able to exit the lot about 20 minutes after the incident began. I travel weekly and will probably give them another try but service (and technology) needs to improve. By the way, the young male driver was extremely polite and apologized for the situation.
Every employee here is so friendly!!! I use them often when I fly and without a doubt Park & Zoom is always reliable. Highly recommended!
Picked up my car last night from valet parking at 1130pm. I was charged $38.50 for a car wash even though I was told it was $35 when I brought in. The guy told me the prices went up a few days ago but they had not updated the sheets yet. The main issue though was that my car was dirtier than when I brought it in. Apparently it rained 4 hours before I picked up the car and now there were dirty rain spots all over it. They guys at the place said someone would call me tomorrow morning through they had no control over Mother Nature. No call by 1230pm, so I call and talk to the GM. He said he had no control over Mother Nature. He said there was nothing he could do about it. I told him I would not be back, and he basically could care less. He never even apologized. Don't park you car here! Bill, you have a long way to go on learning how to retain new high value customers.
After wasting far too much time trying to find a lot open to park in at the airport I went to Park and Zoom and wish I had earlier. They have a covered lot so your car doesn't bake in the sun and pick you up in a shuttle from your vehicle and bring you back when you're done. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful and made our airport experience so much easier. I would definitely recommend.
I agree with the other review that the technology platform is very difficult to use when checking out. I've tried scanning my membership card every time that I check out, but haven't had any luck. The biggest issue with not being able to use my membership card, I'm not earning my "points" for free parking. I've called multiple times to the manager and general manager without a response, I've also reached out via email without a response.
