I was riding out at Walnut Creek Park the other day, when my crank locked up. I thought my ride was done, but there is Drew in the parking lot with his trailer for a Demo. He was packing up to head out for the day, but took a quick look at my bike and found a loose bolt at the bottom bracket that stopped my crank. Even though I had no payment on hand, he threw my bike onto his stand, removed my crank, tightened the bolt, and had me on my way in no time.
Friendly, professional, very helpful and knowledgeable. I will to use his services more in the future when I can properly reimburse him.
