I have been very happy with Beaver Real estate as a property manager from a tenants point of view. They are pretty quick to address any problem and reply to emails very quickly. There is also a convenient mail drop slot if you need to get anything to them after hours.
Donna and Joe are excellent landlords. Very easy to reach and quick to respond, and very accommodating, kind, and reasonable people. Would highly recommend doing business with these folks, at least from the property management side of their business that I experienced, though I'm quite sure they're excellent realtors as well.
