Bella has an automated system to where u can only pay on the 1st of the month... Me and family including to young daughter's... do not receive our main checks until the 5th and the 20th... we can't help when we get paid... However Bella will not even contact the owners of the property to see if the 5th instead of the first is ok.... we are way over qualified for a recent property we applied for that cost 1400... we have been paying almost 2000 for the last 3yrs with ease at our current Residence with never having been late... not once....i bet if they were to ask the actual owners of the house if that was ok they would find out that most owners would be fine with the 4 day difference knowing that their mortgage payments wouldnt be late....instead the just said no u do not qualify... sorry about ur kids...Bella needs to change their position and automated system to be able to enter different due date... no mortgage has the same due date if they are different properties... this poor home owner/investment owner that his or her property has not been rented for 90 days now needs to know this is what they are denying people for... this is a ridiculous policy and needs to be changed...that's just lazy not wanting to update ur system to help qualified people actually qualify...
Terrible communication! They would only email one of the roommates and communicate with them even after we would continuously ask them to contact all three roommates if there were issues. Never would contact us before adding a charge. I would have to call them to ask them what the charge was for before they would remove it. They added missing items to our walk out when they told us they would not be included upon moving into the house. Different employees wouldn't communicate and make charges to our account and wouldn't communicate until we sent emails to all participants.They were a nightmare!
Not helpful with Maintinence!! They are not in any rush to fix the AC when it goes out in the summer extreme heat and fixing any serious plumbing issues. The defiantly drag their feet in getting leaks/flooding and faucets fixed.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS Horrible! When I came to look at the house they had the doors open and windows open didn't think much of it. After signing lease and getting keys I did my walk through before moving things in. I opened the front door and the house smelled like a huge ashtray. I suffer from migraines and my son has asthma. Had to wash all the rooms down with vinager solution and clean all the carpets took me a whole day it was horrible. Trying to get something fixed is like pulling teeth. The fence that was reported when we first moved in (1 1/2 yrs ago) has not been fixed things are getting stolen and I have woke up to people in my backyard unable to lock my fence it could easily be pushed down. I am due to close on a house and they want 1500.00 to put house back on the market plus rent 1500.00 plus on going rent until they rent the house out. I'm not sure how people are supposed to plan closing on a house to when the lease is up there are always delays or hiccups during closing. There is no way to break the lease without breaking you. Horrible. On top of issue with the house my car has been broke into 2 times.
