Picked up an Ybor and Miami earlier today both with side fruit salad. I just warmed up and ate the Ybor and thoroughly enjoyed it reheated, so I imagine it is even better when fresh. Definitely looking forward to eating the Miami tomorrow and going back for more!

Pulled pork tasted old, but there wasn't much in it. Looked like and tasted like just some thin deli meat underneath. Cheese very thin layer. Skimpy on the off the shelf pickles. The tomato was old and mealy - like it had been sliced some time ago. Mustard mayo combo was totally unmemorable. Very small compared to what I expected. The potato salad was weak too, potatoes were slightly undercooked and raw onion dominates. Small side portion. This far from the best Cuban I've ever had. At over $11 with tip, I will not be back. Seriously hope I don't get sick from this, but I don't want to toss it... Take heed from Gordon Ramsay's advice to all small restaurants. Shrink the menu. Do 2 or 3 things well with fresh ingredients. Elevate cheap cuts.

Great experience at Cafe Ybor today. Very friendly help from the person taking my order, with good recommendation for a sandwich. The Ybor was a savory blend of mustard, pickles and meat, all nicely toasted together.
