All in all, great family place, good food, and good ambient.
Great food and great service! They are always packed for a reason and it's because they consistently provide a quality product. Just great Tex Mex!
Usually though they run out of horchata very fast for the day, and there have been times when we have had a bit of rude waitresses, who after a bad experience wouldn't even call the manager to our table. Those kind of experiences have happened very rarely, but did leave a dent in this review.
The salsa is excellent! The Menudo was excellent! Service was friendly & prompt, and even the coffee was good! I'd come again anytime
The food was very authentic like Mexican food should taste. The queso here was very silkyand creamy very good.
Great place to eat a variety of good tacos, shrimp enchiladas and find the freshest homemade horchata in Austin! The service is mostly great, the salsa spectacular, and the price is just right! They also have Mariachi available, so you get the full experience of a different culture!
I was extremely disappointed with my take out food. I ordered a Large menudo and some fajita nachos. My large menudo was in a small ass cup compared to the actual large plate I usually get when I dine in at casa Garcia’s. The amount of nachos given to me was ridiculous for what I paid for it. DO NOT ORDER TO GO!
