I have done a lot of remodeling at my home and property but nothing excited me as much as my new red barn roof. Austin Roofing and Construction were experts in their field without a doubt and their efficiency was remarkable. They managed to install my seamless metal roof in two days and were more than happy to put on a cupola that I had purchased online. When they left, everything was as clean as a whistle! Terrible service!! Only after SEVEN failed attempts at fixing a leaky roof corner did they quit. Yes, after SEVEN different workers came out to my house did I have time to visit the office to look a boss in the eye. The worst part: They last guy on my roof said, "Sorry, I'm the new guy, I don't know what's going on." Save time and money, look elsewhere for a quality company. -South Austinite
Austin Roofing did our new roof and gutters this year and we are very happy with the results. Not only did they do great work, they were really good to work with. I had gotten bids from three different roofing companies, but Austin Roofing was by far the easiest to work with. Jarrett Wagner was friendly but never pushy and answered all my questions with complete patience, even when my insurance got really flaky. Now we have a gorgeous new roof and gutters that actually do what they are supposed to do. We are super happy.
