Ja-Mar replaced my roof in the beginning of 2017 after a wind storm came through and tore my roof to it's last shred. They handled all of the insurance proceedings and replaced my roof in one day flat. Fast forward to August, it's a day after Harvey cleared out and I noticed a large number of shingles in my yards. Within 5 hours of contacting them they had someone on site to evaluate the damage. Turns out all of the shingles were from neighboring homes and my roof was 100% intact. Not only has the customer experience been fantastic with Ja-Mar, but the finish quality was over the top as promised and held up to the largest storm the roof will likely ever see. Thanks to Brad for being so quick to respond to our call and to Drew Pfanmiller, our original Contractor who organized everything from the beginning and provided fantastic post sale support.
Ja-Mar replaced my roof following a hail storm. Included in the claim were gutters, some painting, and a couple of broken windows. All work was done quickly, professionally, and the work area was cleaned as if no one was there. They are pleasant to work with. The general manager, Mike Beattie, is very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He made the entire process smooth and care-free. I would gladly work with Ja-Mar again and highly recommend them.
I recently had a repair done on the metal roof on my deck which had been leaking in various spots for years. The repairmen came out a couple of times to check on the job and offer advice. The work was done promptly, and I no longer have leaks. Water was also diverted from a valley where my regular roof met the deck.

I needed someone familiar with metal roofs to inspect my roof penetrations and evaluate their condition prior to selling my house. The friendly lady at JA-Mar took down my information and promised that I would be contacted by a JA-Mar expert eithin 24 hours. Doyle Thom called me before the end of the same day to set up a visit. The following day he showed up with a ladder and climbed up to my 2 story roof. Within an hour he inspected, and resealed all my penetrations and took pictures to show me his work. He also took time to explain the Austin building codes regarding PVC pipe penetrating up through my roof. I will definitely call JA-Mar again when I experience roofing issues on my next house.
