Replaced entire roof. About a year later, we put the house on the market. The very first weekend, a driving rain came in. We came home to find the real estate agents had put pans on the floor, and comments by the potential buyers that the roof was obviously bad. We immediately contacted Holden, who said they would come fix it. They never did, nor did they call, about a month later! Having to call again.
Update: over three months later, my roof is still not right, It is leaking and they have still not come to fix it. I have contacted the better business bureau to try and get this resolved.
Avoid this company. They are bloated, overpriced and don't deliver as promised. I had them replace my roof in late 2016. Biggest mistake I have ever made with my house. They overprice with everything and use cheap materials. Other companies have replaced the roofs of multiple neighbors in my neighborhood since and all have put on upgraded roofs with superior products. I have the only non upgraded roof in my neighborhood out of all the recent replacements. With Holden you are paying for the salesman who initially comes out that you never see again. You are paying for the office staff they maintain who harass you non stop for prompt payment, yet never deliver on their promises on time. You are paying for the monogrammed "Holden Roofing" materials they use that adds absolutely no quality to the overall job. This company is too large and bloated and they pass that expense on to their customers. This company broke every time commitment they made to me. After signing the contract, I had to call them more than once to find out when the work would actually be started. I could never get an adequate answer and then out of the blue one day they showed up at my house to work. I was picking up nails and those little metal roofing disks from my yard a month after they finished the work and they charged thousands more than the other companies I heard about after the fact. I should have been more patient and done more research. I hope this review keeps more people from using this horrible company.
Not recommended. Dealing with this company has been a bad experience. They are untrustworthy & have failed to deliver on commitments. They did a very poor job on my roof. I have been trying for a month to get them to come back and fix the issues with my roof installation to no avail. I also had similar reports from my insurance adjuster about their poor communication and not returning phone calls.
Worst roofing company I have ever dealt with. All they did was promise and promise but delivered lie after lie.
