I am selling a 12 unit apt bldg and the inspector indicated that part of the ridge was off. The guy who sold it to me had OLIVER ROOFING SYSTEMS put the roof on two years ago. This is an amazing story about customer service... I called them yesterday at 11:15 am and told them that the ridge was off in part.... at 1:30 pm I received a call from the gentleman I spoke with at OLIVER ROOFING and he told me that he had a man on the roof at that moment replacing the section of ridge. Less than two hours after my call. ( One may ask, why was the ridge off in the first place? It was an animal that had pulled it off apparently, not due to workmanship.) Today I got a statement "No Charge". This is perhaps the best customer service experience that I can remember in thirty years of having real property.
