I was a bit new to the whole process so when Tom the owner came to give his bid, he walked me through every step of how the process would go and answered all my questions before I even knew or could ask them. He was very professional, polite and courteous. He took the time to listen to and address my areas of concern. I had acquired several bids and his bid was right in the middle; however, all the bids were very close to the same. After hearing all the bids I knew Willi Roofing was the correct choice. His crew did a fantastic job. Tom and his crew said what they would do and did what they said. They pointed out and repaired a couple very minor problem areas that could have very easily just been covered over and no one would have known.
