Excellent location, very quiet, and even though the office door is not open 24/7 if you call the number on the door they usally answer anytime of day to assist you. Where else can you find that kind of dedicated service

If individual sites had better media/tv/cable/internet options and the property had a full-time maintenance/groundskeeper this place would be hard to beat!
