The place has no sidewalks for pedestrians anywhere very unsafe. They charge for lawn maintenance that is not even done as often and they have very little visitor parking.
I lived here for just about 6 years. I owned my home and moved it as soon as I got land. It's nice, but managment and staff is horrible!! They will find any reason to tow your vehicle. I had one of the managers talk down to me and belittle me in a full office. I called corperate and she is no longer there but still...
We can't even have a party and have family coming over. They can't park in the office parking lot anymore. And if they do they will get towed. And then the towing guys are SO rude!! They even yell at you!! My dad's truck was about to get towed at 1:00 am just because the back tire was touching the grass. It was barely touching it!! And we tried to stop the guy and he wouldn't stop even though he saw us running behind him! He was yelling at us telling us about violation!! Not a good neighborhood anymore!
Quiet place to live but faculty are scared to be attentive to the neighborhood with the gang Bangerz music loud Bass music and other tenants playing their loud music grow some balls and do something about it
I am moving after 3 years ONLY because I need a bigger home to accommodate my growing family. Becky, Stella, Laura, Mike, John...all AMAZING individuals on staff who treated me, my husband and 3 kids like family. I have never had a negative experience here. In fact, I will truly miss this community. I have made some friends here that will be life-long. This home was a true blessing to us, and we'll never forget living here. I would highly recommend this community to any family looking for an affordable place to raise their children.
