Came into the store to buy a specific shoe, I could have (and should have) just bought it online but I wanted to try it on just to make sure I liked it.
Called the place and a lady just told me sorry we don't have your shoes without me even asking the question and hanged up. On top of that she said they didn't have a 14 in any adidas, I went over there and there were 14's in a lot of them.
I stood there in front of the wall where the shoe was for over 10 minutes with nobody saying anything to me or helping me. There was one employee walk past me at least 5 times and other employees greet or help other customers. Your goal is to sell shoes, you managed to do the opposite.
Horrible! No one to help. The line is no joke like 10 people long and not moving. Would not do business again.
i just want to say that i go here all the time and every time lathen helps with whatever i need! he is awesome and i will always shop here because of him!
Saw some rough reviews before so I was a bit apprehensive going in, but surprisingly had an excellent experience. I'm not sure I'd they got new management or something like that, but the customer service was excellent. My salesperson took the time to understand what I was looking for in a shoe, presented several options, and based on my feedback from each shoe adjusted his recommendations. Overall a very positive experience and would be more than willing to shop here again.
