  I also wish I could give zero stars! Very poor customer service! I wanted to return gift purchased in another state. Manager told me they didn't even carry the item, therefore her computer could not ring up the return. Another clerk interrupted her, bringing the item to her, showing that they did indeed carry the item. Then she would not give me cash back, even though my friend had paid cash for the item. She said she could not give me cash, only store credit!! I will never go back to this store and hope corporate offices of Hallmark reads these comments and realizes how important good customer service is!

  I wish I could give this store 0 stars...but 1 is the minimum. I tried to return something I bought at another Hallmark and they first said they could if they had the same merchandise. They did, but then changed their story about being corporate and not being able to do the return. Looking at their rate, they don't care about making their customers happy or keeping them. I will never come back for sure!!!

  My wife and I have a tradition of buying Christmas ornaments for each other and the Hallmark store at Barton Creek Square Mall has a fantastic selection. Not just traditional ornaments but themed and specialty ornaments for all your favorite TV shows & movies. Of course they also have a great selection of Christmas/greeting cards and other novelty gifts.
