This bank treats it's customers like garbage. I have never been so apaulled at the disrespect we experienced over the phone from one of their loan officers. Stay far away from this bank- unless you enjoy being treated poorly.
I have been in business for over 30 years. I have dealt with national and smaller local banks. These people are what I would call the quintessential small town bank. They are relationship based, and appear to be able to finance unusual things that contractors need. They fill a gap in banking that has not been available, at least to me, in the past!!
Pulled into their parking lot to take an emergency phone call 4:30 on a Saturday. Sitting in my car with my kids in the parking lot. Guard quickly came across the lot, informed me that this was private property and I had to leave. When I told him I was taking an emergency phone call he threatened to call the police and we had to leave now. There were plenty of cars in the lot, but obviously we were the wrong kind of car. There are no signs restricting access.
