I wanted to like this place, but I thought the food was only slightly above average and the service was a little slow and disorganized. The menu is definitely more creative and extensive than Thundercloud (nearby), but my sandwich (Amalfi) was a little olive spread (tasty) dominated by a bunch of melted cheese. If I was looking for a lunch place in the campus area, I would seek out Foodheads
Arturo's is a coffee shop near the Texas State Capital. Follow the signs until you get to a green covered building. Enter and you'll be greeted by a friendly staff and a flood of regulars ordering their coffee.
My latte was great but my ham, cheese, and egg sandwich was just okay. If you're in the area, come for the coffee and a down to earth atmosphere!
I think this place delivers what you want for the price. I eat here often enough that I can recommend it. It's funky with some good flavors on some simple sandwiches. The salads are "ok".
A perfect place to get a feeling of what Austin is about. Great food, great service, the interior feels cozy and hipster. Wait wasnt to long, but I was present when they opened.
Fabulous and cheap breakfast food. Do try their chorizo and egg tacos! Do NOT try their specialty coffees (mochas, lattes)
