In our opinion it is far better then the UT Alumni Center, there you have to be the first person in line
It's one of my more favored eating spots on campus although it is a bit overpriced. It's also one of the few options near the School of Social work. I eat here at least once a week and have never had a complaint. I've even spotted the occasional albino squirrel!
The Salads are the best and the people are so friendly

About a dollar more than I'd expect to spend on any order, $2 more quality than I paid for.
The personnel are VERY friendly, courteous and Very helpful, there is a broad variety of food to choose from, example Starbuck coffee, pastries, bbq, hamburgers, pizza, subway type sandwiches,
just to get a chair, and the selections of food are not as good as CB Café.
Close to the stadium and good food.

We are there from the time they open the doors until at least an hour before game time.
My wife and I have been going to the Cypress Bend Café for the last 10-12 years. We go there and meet with two other UT football couples and eat, talk, and watch the football games prior to the UT
