Disappointmemt reigns Supreme in this place. Service can be very strange. Many trips here and never any satisfaction. On the latest trip, ordered a rose which apparently was sitting in a glass already and a tiny pour to begin with. Tasted a but to acidic so pointed that out to the staff and asked when bottle was opened.... No one knew but they insisted the wine was probably okay. Yeah no. oh well... In short on someone else's dime maybe drink a straight shot but on your own, take a cab and go elsewhere.

2.5 stars. I've eaten at Gabriel's Café twice. The first time I had the shrimp tacos and the food was great. Today I tried the Texas Cheese Steak and was very disappointed. I got about a tablespoon of brisket and a bun was so hard I couldn't cut it with a knife. Normally I would have returned the food, but I was with a friend and we were in a hurry. I'm hoping this was a one off event. Hopefully the management will take action and make sure the food quality is better in the future. I don't know if I'll go back and try the food again.

I came here for the first time with a co worker and i was impressed, great music, friendly staff. i had the tacos OMG are amazing! so worth the wait.

Arrived at around 10 pm on a Friday night to a moderately busy, not packed bar. Service from Patrick was quick and friendly. He was very helpful with the beer and menu selection. The Fireman's Blonde is a light and refreshing beer on a hot summer evening and paired well with Gabe's Burger (highly recommended). Substituted the Southwestern Soup in lieu of fries as suggested by Patrick and it was awesome. Lively atmosphere but not too loud to have a comfortable conversation.

Fairly cheap but looks really fancy. Food is really good too.

i came on my lunch hour so i was a bit in a hurry, i do not recommend coming in for a quick meal since it took a little while. i will for sure come back after work or on the weekend so i can stay longer. i did not want to go back to work. love this place.
