Pretty disappointed. I took my truck in for routine scheduled service on Friday and for a tire rotation. The next day my tire indicator light comes on. I stopped by Costco to get my tires checked and the attendant asked me, "When was the last time your tires were checked? They are extremely low". My tires recommended PSI is 49lbs and each tire had less than 30 PSI. That's pretty pathetic.
I absolutely love this company. I have driven another brand for 15 years. I wanted another SUV, but sporty! I absolutely fell in love with this 4 Runner. It was love at 1st site! I knew it was the one for me when I sat in it. The salesman was so patient with me, I think I laid my hands on just about every vehicle on that 'lot' that was as big as a football field. It was hot and he ran from the front to the back and again before we found the one for me. He worked as an advocate to help us reach a price we could both be happy with. No games, no fast talking. When I explained my situation (I'm a social worker!) they actually went a bit lower to 'thank me for my work' he said. Everyone was so friendly. This was the first time that I have ever purchased a car on my very own, my down payment, my credit, my deal. He seemed as happy as I was. Yes, as others have said, the financing process is a bit long, but that's finance, I guess. They were so polite, offered me cold drinks, even found me a coffee. I drive my truck every day and even named her JEWEL, a family joke as I LOVE jewels. I sing that song... 'I love my truck, its right outside, I love my truck, lets go for a ride'...not the right words? Oops! It works though. My son laughed at me when I shared this story! You see, I am 60 and well, This is MY truck!...THANK YOU AUTO NATION!! THANK YOU TOYOTA, I am definitely a Toyota Convert!
The service techs, especially Jared Jones have been great. Jared makes sure that I'm kept informed of what needs to be done and how long (estimated) it might take. I'm always given the options of when and where any additional service can be done.
I wonder what else was not checked during their maintenance check?
Exceptional customer service! I came in to resolve an issue with my transmission and the service advisor Luis Guzman took care of me even though I didn't have an appointment. He is really an A+ Player. I needed a rental car because I didn't know how long fixing the car was going to take and he also took care of me lightning fast I couldn't believe it! He got me on the road in a rental before you know it while they fix my car. Really pleased with the service in this Toyota Dealership and I am really thankful they were able to help me out with this. 100% recommended!
The salesman and sales manager were very friendly and helpful. They got me into the vehicle I wanted and at the terms I specified. The gentleman in finance was very efficient and had me on my way in no time. This was a very good buying experience!

Since when does a routine maintenance and oil change not include checking tire pressure? And who would have thought paying for a tire rotation would not include checking the pressure? I would like my money back on the rotation. I am sure that will never happen. So much for trust.
