I got my alignment here recommended by the discount tires across the street. I made an appointment in advance and when I showed up the man was very professional and polite. It took a little over an hour. They have a great lounge with free coffee and TV. At check out they described everything they did and I can already feel the difference at the wheel. I highly recommend for alignments.
taken my older Nissan Maxima there for some major help, and the team there took care of me. Professional, easy to get along with, and most of all, they know their stuff. The issues on the Maxima were numerous, being 11 years old, it did need some TLC. The team explained everything in detail, explained what was required vs optional within reason, and with my approval, they set out to get our max back on the road. Would I recommend them to anyone, yes. They focus on my needs, made me feel comfortable about the process, and were very accommodating to my crazy schedule. These are my go to guys, and I will recommend them to anyone... now 5 months later, the max is still doing great, no issues. That is what I like... (plus they have a warranty on their work and parts.)

Great service! I brought my car here after the Kia dealership tried to tell me I needed a $700 repair. Auto Tek determined the problem and told me it should be covered under warranty or recall. Unfortunately, the recall was for a different version of my car. But after going back and forth with Kia for 3 weeks, they finally covered it under warranty. I appreciate the honesty displayed by Auto Tek and this will be my first stop in the future.
