I had the worst service when I took my car here for mostly interior work. They had to call and tell me not once, not twice, but THREE times my car wouldn't be ready in time.
They also called me once asking if I had another key fob BECAUSE THEY LOST mine. Then they didn't even want to cover the cost of getting a new fob.
After they take your $, they will pass the blame and not give a flying $uck.
I've never seen such mismanagement and such incompetence as I've seen here. I will *never* take my vehicle here for anything ever again
Do not go here! THEY TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT AS A YOUNG FEMALE I WOULDN'T KNOW ANY BETTER! I went here after being recommended by a dealership, will never go back. Not only did they make me wait 20 minutes past my appointment time while the guy who ended up giving me my estimate walked by a handful of times and then sat on the phone until I told them I would leave because I had Made it abundantly clear I had limited time because I was on my lunch break. Suddenly when I put my foot down he was able to come look at my car. They thought they saw a sucker when they saw a young female, quoted me $1200 to repair a dent on my backdoor and followed that up with but that might not work... and if it doesn't it's an additional $1200 for a whole new door. Once I left I looked at the detailed estimate and saw them charging crazy prices for things I didn't need. Needless to say I went somewhere else and was told oh of course we can fix that and had the dent fixed PERFECTLY for $887.
