LOVE this office! You cannot beat the service and the environment. Every time I come in, the team is always having a good time and are very friendly to me. Making the patients laugh while also making sure they are comfortable while undergoing whatever treatment they're visiting for. I will be coming here as long as I live in Austin. Thanks guys!

Dr. Patel AND staff are among the best that I’ve ever encountered in the medical/dental field. Even if I love a doctor or dentist, I will look elsewhere based on the rest of the staff. They are ALL professional, yet genuinely caring and friendly. I drive in from a neighboring town and it is worth the drive to be treated with such kindness and respect. Of course, my dental health needs are extremely well attended to in a virtually pain-free manner, which is also very important to me.
After moving to Austin 4 years ago, I finally decided to find a local dentist vs. driving back to San Antonio for checkups. It was a bit nerving, leaving my dentist of 10+ years, but I'm confident I've found the best in Austin. The staff is extremely friendly, easy to work with, and knowledgable. The hygienists and Dr. Patel make you feel extremely comfortable and take the time to review x-rays and what is going on with your mouth; they don't leave you with just a "trust us." The downtown location is great and they validate parking in the connected garage, so you don't have to mess with finding parking. If you're on the fence or looking for a new dentist, go see Dr. Patel!
I've been seeing Dr. Patel for over a decade and wouldn't have it any other way. Not only has he changed my teeth and smile exactly as I've wanted overtime but he and his team always take such good care of me in all areas of dentistry.
