Dr. Ramirez has helped me tremendously with my jaw pain and problem solved in a way to fix the root of the problem vs. masking the pain. After years of searching in the Austin area I have found my dentistry home!
I am the biggest baby when it comes to doing things in my mouth and I am always "suspicious" when trying out a new dentist. I can tell you it was a blessing-Dr.Ramirez is the greatest and most understanding of whimps like myself. Its also because I seem to have MAJOR mouth work that need fixing, not just a cavity here and there, but root canals, crowns and everything else. He is BY FAR the BEST, EVER dentist with those very scary mouth shots !!-know what I mean!!! He really does care about all his patients and you don't get that feeling that his staff is going, "oh no, we have to put up with her again!" You can't go wrong here !!
My recent experience with C & C dentistry was outstanding! Dr. Ramirez was very attentive and caring. He even called me personally on his phone the next day to check up on me. I had a dental implant procedure that went very smoothly. I also appreciate the excellent service from , Mary, the receptionist who went above and beyond to help me seek out my insurance coverage for this procedure. My husband's recent experience with a cleaning procedure was also outstanding. He was impressed with his level of care. I highly recommend this dentist office.
I guess it was 2 years ago or more that I got a flier from the new Dentist in town, Jaime Ramirez DDS. He had recently opened a new office at the Shops Parkway across from the Hill Country Galleria and was offering a new patient package. As a Realtor, I had had to neglect my teeth during the downturn in the economy but with things improving I thought I would give this new Dentist a try. I could not have been more pleased. Not only is Dr. Ramirez a highly skilled doctor but he has a warm genuinely caring personality to go with it. He put me on a schedule working with my budget to correct the maintenance items needed and now here we are a couple years later and all teeth are in excellent health and I'm on a maintenance schedule to keep them that way. Most people hate going to the dentist but going to see Dr Ramirez is always a treat. For the most part I now deal with Kiki who does my cleaning, but Dr. Ramirez always comes in at the last to check her work, even though he knows he doesn't have to, and to visit a bit. I couldn't be happier to give him a terrific review, he and his staff deserve every word of it.
