Dr. Kyatam is a wonderful dentist. I have had nothing but good experiences at her office. She and her staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
I came in initially with the Groupon deal and they found several cavities. This was not too surprising since I hadn't been able to see a dentist in a while. The dentist was very friendly and explained exactly where the cavities were and how the procedure would work. The staff was very helpful in getting me set-up with financial assistance to afford the fillings. I will definitely continue to use them.
I have been coming here for the past 4 years and I have stuck around because literally everyone is so kind and gentle. Even when you need a stern talking to because your dental health isn't where it should be, they do it with kindness. I am huge fan Austin Primary Dental and I always tell my friends and family to go here! They are friendly, accommodating and so very easy to do business with.

This is such a great clinic! I have been a loyal patient for five years and can't imagine switching to any other dental provider.
I hadn't been to a dentist in a while so I was expecting the worst but I was pleasantly surprised. The entire staff was polite, helpful and knowledgable. From the time I walked in the door it took about 10 minutes to start with the hygienist and that includes filling out paperwork. Once she started working she was very good about explaining and showing me (They had a flat screen right above my chair so I could see all the X-rays/pictures of my teeth as she was working) what she was doing. Once the cleaning and examination was done Dr. Kyatam explained the work that needed to be done and why, as well as what caused it and how to prevent problems in the future.
All and all it took a little less than an hour from start to finish (For X-rays cleaning and an examination), and the receptionist took care of everything with my insurance company so I really didn't have to do anything but show up.
