Dr. Sprute was awesome, but the staff whom answer the phone are HORRIBLE! Some girl Catrina, Catina was ghetto, and totally unprofessional. I had questions about the patient portal which she didn't effectively answer. I ended up having to call back and get clarity from a different person who was actually nice and helpful. Customer service is everything, when you answer the phone of an establishment, you represent that agency. They should really provide more training because rude, ghetto, ineffective telephone etiquette and inability to relate info creates for disaster and not a great experience.
We love are doctor at this clinic. We have been seeing them for two years now and they stay on top of things. We honestly can't believe the level of care we have received.And everyone is nice.We see Dr. Amy O. And we are very impressed.

Terrible staff! Some are rude, and especially the receptionist. You never get anything out of the doctor's visit. Every time I go they discuss the same problem over and over again, giving me the same physical exam every time and never coming up with a solution! Waste of time and money! The doctor's have no clue what they're talking about. Their phone calls are horrible! They take forever and when they answer, they leave you on hold for an hour and the scheduling staff is rude! The referal department never pick up the phone, not even during business hours. I don't recommend this place to anyone
I had a great experience here. Had a 9 am appointment, and they were able to see me before I had even finished my paperwork. Whole appointment probably took 30-40 minutes for vaccinations for a study abroad.
CommUnity Care/Blackstock should be reported to the Texas Medical History Review Board... they DO indeed give Healthcare the worst name, ever!! I am a 55 year old white, gay male and their male doctors were either raised in the country in a barn, or either never knew the definition of DIVERSITY... which is something they NOR probably MOST of the staff ever know the TRUE meaning of, PERIOD!! I WILL NOT TOLERATE IGNORANCE, NOR, BIGOTRY... ESPECIALLY FROM SOMEONE WHO SAYS THEY ARE NOW MY NEW PCP; (Primary Care Physician)??!! Not a chance!! I am going somewhere else!! AND FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF TEXAS!! Mark my words!!
