Very easy to walk-in and order my moulding, pay, and then drive around to pick it up at Customer Service. Very helpful staff.
If you want to see poor customer service in action; visit this place. I stood around waiting to ask a question for 20 minutes. There were 2 employees at the desk. One was with a customer, joking around and laughing with him and taking her sweet time. The other was on the phone. She would hang up from her call, write things down on papers and then make another call. She would also put her call on hold, answer the phone and put that call on hold and then continue on with her caller. Meanwhile I waited. Several other customers came, got tired of waiting, and left. Periodically, another employee would come out from the back of the store and walk right past, ignoring all of us. One of the other customers who was waiting asked a question of one of them and he directed them back to the women at the customer service desk. Just as I was about to give up and walk out the door, the lady on the phone put her call on hold and asked if she could help me. I was looking for a specific type of door trim and had been directed to them by an employee at Home Depot. She looked at my trim and said "I'm sorry, we don't have that one". And back on her call.
they lost my special ordered pieces less than a day after they contacted me to say they were recieved and logged; it only took an hour of waiting around for them to let me know. TERRIBLE!
Waited for over 20mins for someone to show up at the warehouse to give me the piece of baseboard I paid for.
Needed some custom pocket doors and was able to order them easily, and received them quickly.
